   Phil is an amazing teacher. He has a way with words that helps your brain learn and retain the concepts of Florida real estate quickly. I never knew sitting 60 hours in a classroom could be so fun and results driven.    Just wanted to say.. Thanks Phil.... for your fantastic in-person classes.   We were able to pass the Florida State Exam the 1st time... by following your expert instructions.  The weekend classes were great for us as we were able to study every evening reviewing what we covered the weekend before and with your videos for review of the up-coming weekends study materials helped us get into the Real Estate mindset and had us confident when we scheduled our tests....
