OK. here are the steps that you need to take to get your Florida Sales Associate real estate license using our very popular “hybrid” online and video learning system.
1. Sign up for the online course. Pre License course $279.00 This package includes:

- The accompanying course book. Mailed or delivered to you.
- The Exam Prep question and drill course
- Complete set of unit supplementary videos.
- Unlimited phone, text, email, and, if local, office mentor support from me personally.
- Lifelong career mentorship at no cost.
The course and exam prep is a great way to get your license. This is an almost foolproof way of studying for both exams and knowing when you are ready to take the state exam.
2. When you have signed up for this, you will get access to all of our supplementary videos. These are short and will help you pre-learn the chapter content. Here is an example
4. 4 or 5 days later put in your application to DBPR using the online service. Application to take the exam.
5. Follow the instructions that have been emailed to you after sign up on how to work through the course.
6. When you have completed the course and passed the course exam go to the practice prep and question drill course. This can also be used during the course if desired. 7. As soon as you have passed your course exam or even earlier depending on how well you are doing, book to take your final exam. Book exam here. If you can predict how well you are doing and the expected finish date, go ahead and book your exam for about a week or so after that date.
It is important that you do your best to pass the course exam the first time as you have to wait 30 days before you re-sit the course exam. If you fail that then you have to sit the course again.
Also, the waiting period for taking the state exam in person can be up to 3 months, to take it at home under supervision is about 2-4 weeks. If you are in the Bradenton area then, if you wish, instead of taking the state exam at home you may take it in my office conference room.
