Post Licence

Sales Associate Post License Course 45 Hours

The Florida 45 Hr Post-License course is required to be completed by all licensees during their first license renewal period. Failure to complete and pass this course will result in the cancellation of the license. Written by an industry expert, this course fulfills the 45-hour Florida sales associate state requirement. Updated to meet changing market needs, as well as changes in Florida law, this version offers expanded discussion on financing with examples using the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms, which have replaced the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and Settlement Statement (HUD-1) forms. This course provides a step-by-step guide to conducting business in the real estate industry for new Florida licensees. Broker Pre License Course 72 Hours

After you have had an active license with a broker anywhere for two years in the last five years, you then qualify to take and pass the Florida broker course and exam. A broker license allows you, if you wish, to be “the” broker or one of the brokers who are responsible for the running of the brokerage. This can be your own or one that belongs to others.

Broker Post License Course 60 Hours

The Florida 60 Hr Broker Post-License course is required to be completed by all Broker during the first license renewal period of their Broker license. Failure to complete and pass this course will result in the cancellation of the license.

Florida requires that new real estate brokers complete 60 hours of approved broker post-licensing education. This package meets that requirement with two 30-hour online courses: Florida Essentials of Real Estate Investment and Florida Real Estate Brokerage: A Management Guide.
